Description

The citizen states that children crawl into the concrete drain that is beside her house. They continue to play there and get stuck. If a grate or something could be placed across the opening, this will hinder children from crawling into the hole.

    Per the picture the hole forming, repeatedly, at the base of these two crossroad pipes has become an issue for the homeowner with children in the neighborhood climbing into and potential injury. The included photo shows the extent of the hole and also the access grate located cattycorner to the location preventing this same situation. This may require a review by engineering for further assessment.
