Description

Properties on Noble Avenue whose back yards face Ordway are susceptible to property crime because the street lights (one at the corner of Ordway and Noble; another on Noble are dim and insufficiently illuminate the area. Further, there is no thru traffic (according to signage) on Noble Avenue making it easy to access and exit with potentially little to no visibility.
