- Staff · September 10, 2022The citizen has expressed concerns regarding the storm water that flows down the street, off the road, and through a thin strip of property separating his and his neighbor’s driveways. Approximately 20 ft.off the road and into his property he has noticed a worsening erosion area due to the rain water cascading its way from the higher properties in the region. The road has a berm built up that stretches the length of the downhill portion however thereis a flattening in the berm structure allowing the storm water to penetrate into the afore mentioned area. The “opening” is located in front of the arrow in the included picture. This may or may not be an issue for engineering.
