Description
The grass ares surrounding a tree above a sewer is collapsed and has two gaping holes big enough for a small child or animal to fall into that have been there for months. I have reported this multiple times. The holes are right above where a sewer is and rats and sewage smell come from the holes constantly. The ground is only still stable because of the roots from a tree, otherwise it would have completely collapsed into the sewer . I have reported this multiple times and they just put up caution tape. Ridiculous
