Description
There is no streetlight. Just the rusted base is jutting out from the sidewalk. The streetlight was knocked down by an automobile in 2020. The rusted base remains on the sidewalk and is a safety hazard, posing a fall and tetanus hazard to the many pedestrians in Carytown, especially at night due to the lack of proper lighting. This is a liability for the City of Richmond.
