Please see his comments from onsite assessement: I have spoken to the homeowners husband Mr. Alayon and informed him of homeowners responsibility of leaves inditch vegetation and grass removal that it is his responsibility he is OK with this at this there are leaves in the ditch I have removed by hand pipes are open this ditch is not in need of cutting it is on grade have called water leak into water department to be fix. Final Action: Request will be closed to DPU Storm Water Division per Supervisor assessment & conversation with homeowner.
