This location has been investigated by D. Osborne and he has located and taken pictures of a damaged lateral. I am submitting this SR to D. Osborne being that he has information on it already.

This ticket is being closed due to the extended lapse in time—over two years—without any further reported issues or follow-up requests. It is our belief that the matter was either addressed under a separate work order or the conditions leading to the service request have since been corrected. No further review or investigation is warranted at this time.
