- Staff · December 14, 2022D. Rivers assess this location & spoke with D. Osborne: Dye Test at the cavitation came back negative & location was backfilled per D. Osborne initial comments. Onsite assessment on 12/13/2022 revealbackfill is still in place but noted Steel Plate across the street at another cavitation is still a issue. Location has been sent to Management to address. This request will be closed.
