    After speaking with the citizen, Mr. Basch, it is discovered the "Leaking Water Meter" is in front of the mentioned address. I explained that this was a matter for Gas and Water Emergency response and relayed the contact number. I also informed Mr. Basch I would be closing this request. He agreed and was satisfied with the outlook.
