I have called and spoken to the homeowner, Ms. Easley and discovered the problem is related to her neighbor's driveway pipe, 19 Libbie Av. The pipe is a twelve inch corrugated spiral galvanized approxi9mately twenty feet long. The pipe is in good condition but has apparently gathered debris within. I explained to the customer the issue would be sent to the proper sector and conducted when scheduling permitted.

Per N.Sumpter location driveway pipe is free and clean and debris at the present time. Request will be closed but location will put on the DPU StormWater hotspot list to be monitor during rain event to ensure driveway pipe is functioning correctly.
