Description
Had open report gpt closed out and said to call 8046464646. The previous say not their problem and call 311. So here i am again reporting the departments need to get together and get the problem resolved. Its been ongoing for moths. Causing traffic problems off of the main streets..Walmsley Bvd and Richmond Hwy. I just called the 646 number..he said not their problem..but all i know it is a City of Richmond problem. They may need to go out there together...
