THIS IS NOT A NEW INSTALLATION; FWD TO OPERATIONS

Supervisor Frazier has checked the location and Dominion has replaced the pole that the light was on. Dominion will usually install the light on the new pole but that did not happen this time. City of Richmond Streetlights does not have any 250/120 luminaire in stock. Supervisor Frazier will check to see if City of Richmond have any 150/120 in stock that Streetlights can use in place of the 250. If City of Richmond has the material Streetlights will get it installed within 2 weeks.

The crew installed the missing luminaire and bracket in the front of 1017 Rennie Street. We did not have a 250/120 cobra-head in stock so we installed a 150w. I have a service order to upgrade to a 250 once or if we get some in.
