Description

Series of streetlights not working along 300 and 400 S Harrison St. The streetlights did not turn on at dusk as usual. Please investigate and correct problem and implement backup / redundant system to prevent outages in future. Thank you.

    Incidents cannot be prevented. They will happen as the infrastructure is very old. Primary 41 failure at Trafford Substation. Issue has been resolved.
