Description

The citizen is reporting that the earth is giving away around the manhole or sewer . She can see down in the hole beside the sewer. Please assist Cones have been there so long that they have faded/ over 5 years.

    This is not a sidewalk issue. This is in the grass next to the sidewalk. She had a prior request and was told it was not completed because it stated sidewalk. We are only given 2 choices sidewalk or street. It is neither.

    checked location and there is a storm drain top that needs to be fix

    Inlet cavitation at this location has been dye tested and color appears at the manhole at the intersection center manhole. The only one in the intersection. The blind cap is approximately four feet to it's lateral center and the trap one foot beneath. This request has been inspected by myself and crew Leader H. Shepperson on 3/15/2022. The recorded finding were reported to all supervisors and management for further review on 3/15/2022 @ 1322. I havedispatched this request to this departments cavitation division.
