Description

There is standing water in the rear alley creating an issue accessing the apartment in the back. This is the only entrance to this apartment and the tenant cannot access the entrance because of around 10" of standing water. It also smells really bad.

    Talk to citizen about the issue at this location at is alleyway grate that get clogged or block up with sediment or trash. Various issues are this location to flood the grade of the alley has low spot,also tree at the location is push up the grate so it is not leave with flow of the alleyway. The grate itself is not flush with the grate case.
