Description
5∞it appears there was an accident and the pole was replaced and the damage pole remains laying next to the new pole. Also at this same area the streets/payment have been torn since new construction. Old repairs have left the corner area in Hugh bumps. There are several pot holes on both corners of the 1300 block of N. 31st Street. These wholes causes drivers to drive on the wrong side of the street to avoid damage to the owners vehicle.
