Description

There is a terrible foul odor coming from the northeast end of Swan Lake in Byrd Park. It can be smelled from the houses on the 2000 block Lakeview Ave and when walking in the park.

    checked this location and found odor coming from trash cans in the park area ( no sewer odor was found )
