    At this time S/W has put the ditch on a 30 day schedule to clean the leaves and sticks out of the ditch but then it is on the home owner to maintain the leaves & debris in ditch.

    Ditch was cleaned on 3/21/2023. & mc-3 put in till asphalt restoration can be completed.
