Description

This is the first light in the Westlake Heights neighborhood. When driving into the neighborhood, it's on the left. The other lights around it all turn on correctly. I walk my dog here every night and the light is never on. Thanks!

Approximately at 1601 German School Road. The light is immediately AFTER the Village at Westlake apartments on the left. There is a grey utility box right in front of the light that does not work.
