The low spot between 2920 & 2928 needs to have the ditch trenched due to drainage issues. The issue causes floods in our yards and mosquitos constantly. Please Help. Please

some ditch maintenance is needed at this location down to the underoad pipe to improve drainage to this area. This location will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
