Description
2 blocks worth of streetlights on Chamberlayne Ave are not working, as well as N Adams up to W Clay. The streetlights in the alley between Price St and St James are out, Price Street's are out, W Leigh's are out from the Alternative School to St James St.

Leigh St cut 1/0 triplex e/o to test for short on lamp #15025. Across from St. Peter St s/s of W. Leigh cut 1/0 duplex on e/s of W. Leigh on lamp 15026, 119 W. Leigh St refused the transformer. Open & closed circuit to test for short direction. Work done by MF/DJ/CH/PV/JB/MW/JT on 7/12/22.
