- Staff · July 12, 2022L. Lockett, Location has 4 of 4 basin, 3 of 4 some trash and natural debris which is not effected the flow of water draining at this location. Yet sediment and natural debris are in the curb and gutter also several low spot are hold water in three different area along Phaup St at 25th St. Most of the sediment is from the mulch that is place in various area along Phaup St which is hold and hindering the storm water to drain properly into the catchbasin along Phaup St and 25th St.
