Description
3 consecutive street lights on Dock Street directly adjacent to Lowline trail just NW of Shiplock Park as well as 6 lights (4 are consecutive) on the lowline Cap Trail at the same location. This makes for a VERY dark section of the trail starting at the railroad crossing NW of Shiplock Park. This makes this a dangerous section!
