- Staff · November 4, 2022Establishing a work order for this location. Also attaching a DPW request which is relevant and associated with the needs to the drainage ditch. Assessment investigation on 11/4/22 found the following: Leaves and sticks obstructing the ditch line. No problems within the culvert or its ability to drain. Informed homeowner of responsibilities to remove debris from the ditch, and share a schedule for ditch maintenance and some minor asphalt restoration.The location has been scheduled.
