caller reports that her neighbors poured concrete into the ditch which will cause flooding now that there is no basin. the metal cylinders were dug out of the ground

- Staff · July 8, 2022. Rivers spoke with the citizen. She explained that her neighbors has installed gravel in the ditch creating flooding & another neighbor installed a concrete driveway which may cause flooding. She believethe drainage has been impeded by this now.
