    Temp) M.Gray,N.Sumpter and W.Mayo stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Support from W.Tolson and R.White to support with removed grates at the location with machince.
