Description
Completely clogged with leaves since streets have not been cleaned in over a year. This is the second time I have put in for this drain

Crews cleaned (3) inlets @ 1511 Hampton St on 7/20/2022. Positive drainage achieve but will revisit to determine if treatment is effective. Treated (3) basins for roots intrusion.
