Description
City came to place new pipes down in front of home, dug up part of citizen yard to do it. Which as created standing water underneath citizen home. Every time it storms it standing water. states an ongoing issue needs to be repaired

- Staff · July 7, 2022poke with customer and it appears that some work was done in the past to install the gas line. the contractors reinstalled the concrete that was removed and according the customer it was never replaced correctly causing water to stand on the side of her home. I reached out Rodney Munford to see what if anything can be done to help in resolving this issue. No work by Storm Water Group is needed at this location and this request will be closed
