Description
Customer states every time it rain the water just sit in front of her store front. The water in up in her basement. The customer has use pumps to get the water out of the basement. Needs attention.

- Staff · June 29, 2022GIS topography and lateral flow notation indicate the gradient flowing northward from the front of the request address toward W. Broad St. S.W. corner. The flooding occurring in front of this request address is not making the journey to the mentioned corner due to a dip in the flowline in front of this address. While raining storm water continues to drain into this location's basement. the storm drain has been cleared. The citizen, Ms. Healy has beennotified of this divisions findings and that the issue would be turned over to the Street Maintenance Division for further investigation. This request shall be closed and sent to Roadway Maintenance.
