Description
When there are rain storms the water runs down the alley and down Libbie from Cary and drops down the parking lot of Valani Real Estate building and runs into my yard.

- Staff · June 28, 2022After speaking with the homeowner it is determined the "deluge" of water making it's way to the backyards of the several address' mentioned in the request comments is coming from the higher street, LibbieAv., making it's way down a driveway leading to the alley between the two parallel streets and into the backyards. The entire block has no storm drains except for those at the Grove Av. intersections. The storm water is naturally flowing to the lowest point following the gradient course. This request will be forwarded to the proper department for further assessment.
