Description
The tree next to the manhole has filled the drain line with roots and is preventing the water to drain in. We tried to have cleared from the drain in our parking lot side but the roots are too thick to be cleared. We think the manhole may need to be dug up and tree removed.

- Staff · June 30, 2022E. Cox has assess this location and spoke with the contractor Charles Bennett. Found: Contractor is seeking to type into storm pipe at this location. Asked if he could work in city property. Contractorhas been informed by E. Cox that he need a permit but referred him to D. Rivers for clarity on working in the street & cleaning the manhole.

Manhole has root ball from tree blocking the lateral pipe off the parking lot.
