Description

The citizen would like to have the basin cleaned as it is now causing structural damage to her home. Water stands in her yard. She stated that before, a pipe was put in next door, but not up to her address. (Green and murky water)

    Follow up: Citizen says that Xfinity came out and marked utility lines so the work can be done, and they are also going to fix the pole within a couple of days.

    Follow up: Caller says that Xfinity was supposed to come out and remove the pole so DPU can get the work completed for this request , but Xfinity has not done that as of yet. She wants to know if this is going to slow down progress of getting this request complete. Water is still standing in this ditch, and the pipes are covered with water.
