    D. Rivers assess this service request & spoke with the citizen at 4506 Riverside Dr. Found: One inlet in front of 4506 Riverside Dr needs to be clean & casting / top secured. (Casting & Top) in place.Traffic control needed at this location.

    Approximate time to complete cleaning is 30 minutes onsite after setup but traffic control is paramount to ensure safety of workers & community. Approximate time to completed repair is 4 hours includedsetup (form), pour & finish. Approximately 8 bags of concrete needed.
