Description
This issue was first reported in October 2021. An employee from DPU informed me that this was scheduled to be repaired in February of this year and that the ticket would be closed. It's now June and the repair has still not been addressed. From the first submission: There has been a hole here now for at least seven months after numerous other repairs that have obviously failed. This has been an issue now for well over a year. There is a church with a preschool on this property. People walk their pets, families walk their kids to and from the pool two blocks away, and pass this every hour of daylight. Cones and tape do nothing to keep someone from stumbling or falling into this, let alone a car wheel sliding into it.
