Description
This is a duplicate of DPU000019144. Please read the actual request, instead of going to a single location. This system does not allow me to accurately report the issue given the prepopulated options. Bottom line - there are gas boxes and manholes from Malvern to Granite on Grove that have not been raised properly, or have been raised after the paving was complete and the patch is not per City of Richmond standards. I'll be happy to supply a copy if you dont have one. There are gas boxes that have been worked on since the paving was complete and no patching was done, there is a hole 2-3" deep to the gas box, in the pavement.
