Description

There's a circular cover that says "water" at the of Stuart Ave and N Meadow st. (right across from 400 Meadow St) that "clangs" loudly when cars drive over it heading north on Meadow Street. It appears to be loose. See attached images. Image updated with more specific location. Thanks!
