Description

Citizen states there is a open cement drain that flows in the back of the house to the street down to Reedy Creek; it is backed up and creating standing water that washes away her property

    The area in question is the easement between the railroad and the customers residence. debris has blocked some of the easement causing water to stand in a few areas. Railroad material along with other debris needs to be removed to allow proper water flow to this area. This location has limited access to remove the blockages
