    D. Rivers spoke with the citizen at this location on 5/18/2022. Found: Water main break repaired at this site in Feb 2022 & again in April 2022. Crew excavated material or material from water main break left in ditch in front of citizen house. Mr. Thomas stated he spoke to City personnel onsite about the material being left in front of his house / in his ditch. Citizen stated he was informed by city personnel onsite that another crew will take care ofthe materials. D. Rivers informed the citizen that the responsible agency will be contacted & asked to follow back up with him on a timeline to restore the area to include removing blockages from the ditch flowline. Request closed to DPU Storm Water Division.
