citizen called to followup on request dpu19192 says clogged drains have gotten worse because of rain --leaves are now in drainage under driveway-says fire hydrant on the street was opened with water rushing out of it and this is how it started

states she is frustrated that it hasn't been completed yet but she has been trying to get some of the clogged leaves out but hasn't been very successful. she would like a resolution to this issue as quickly as possible.
