Description

Caller is concerned that there's always standing water when it rains; she states even if it doesn't rain for days the water still stands for a long time. For some reason the rain water doesn't run off or drain.

    L.Lockett , This location had 2 of 2that were inspected for clean and service, 2 of 2 needs service and is marked. A small amount debris possible clogged latrals may need to services or location is prone to surcharging a the basin which the basin can not take the amount water attempted to drain at the drop inlet.

    DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision are assigned to this location have, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
