    This complaint requires review from the department of public works. The conditions here are present are due to the cobble stone structure of the alley. Areas within the alley of low depressions or settlement may allow for water to stagnant. There are no Stormwater assets to maintain or address that would contribute to such water ponding therefore this request shall be closed to DPU.
