    PU Storm Water personnel assess this location on 5/7/2022. Did not make contact with citizen/requestor; no phone number received. Found: Sediment deposits along C & G (curb & gutter) indicated stagnatewater or negative drainage. (2) Two inlets clogged at intersection of N 5th St & E Marshall St. Action: Due to location & travel recommend to Supervisor to service this inlets before next rain event or as soon as practical with a change in personnel work shift to service inlet with minimum impact to vehicle traffic & safety of employees. Suggest service inlets @ 4:00 AM -5:00 AM. Scope of work 1-2 hours to completed.
