Description

multiple (4) lights are out on this corner and it is very unsafe. vehicles are being broken into almost daily. This is very unsafe for pedestrians so please address asap. Thank you.

    The lights out belong to DOM. I have your forward your request to them to check out pole #SD14 & #SD25. Per KJ finding on 5/9/22. Also this is duplicated with 19110
