Description

The construction adjacent to my apartment spilled paint thinner and has caused the fumes to fill into our apartment building. It is hard to breathe inside our home and it reeks of chemicals. Our landlord is of no help and not sure what else to do.

Not a land disturbance issue, but I'll run out there today and take a look and see what the situation is.

The odors are not caused by paint thinner but floor stain due to the renovations of the flooring at 1813 E. Franklin Street. For this issue, there's nothing my division can do. The building is currently owned by a company called 1809 E Franklin Street LLC , Mark Nathaniel Larson, 410 Hancock St Apt 110, , Richmond Virginia. You might want to have your building owner contact him directly.
