    Upon investigation it was noted its a DOM Energy meter reading device. I have forward this location to them to investigate the outage.

    Our supervisor has returned to this location and it has been noted the pole with the no parking sign on it is not a light. Nor was it ever light, but it's a meter reading device used by DOM Energy.
