Work is complete, in the 1500 block of Carlisle broken DVP pole. Removed 210' #4 duplex, made a deadend on pole #10695. Installed a stand off bracket on pole #10692 and attached the 3 way #4 duplex. Installed 200' #4 duplex from pole #25288 to pole #10683 to backfeeed. Work done by CH/JF/PV/JB/CK on 5/9/22
