Description

New bulb was put in a few weeks ago. Light came on 5 of the first 10 days but has not come on since. When it did come on, the new bulb worked very well.

    The light you are reporting belong to Dominion Energy not the City of Richmond. However when I went to create a work order ticket, there already an open ticket for this address. Please call 866-366-4357 for additional information and to report outage in the future.
