Bridge & road on either side floods pretty bad during rain. Looks like ditch on side drains into road instead of creek

    investigation into this request found the road side ditch in need of cleaning and stabilization, from area next to Henrico sign down to the creek channel. This request will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
