- Staff · April 18, 2022Per P. Wright DPU Engineer, the sanitary trunk line starting at N. Madison St on Marshall to Brook Road int. vaccummed and cleaned as it is holding sewage. It appears the stone or soil from the cavitations have gotten iinto the trunkline system and are causing it to retain flow. Marshall St is blocked off with a traffic plan that will allow the big truck to manage access and do the job. Currently work is near a standstill waiting for the concretecompany to return to do their work. If you have any questions please advise Thanks
