    The citizen wants to install another driveway culvert on the right side of the house to have access to the rear. The citizen was instructed to pursue a permit with the City to install a new driveway culvert.

    I informed the Mr. Clair that this request will be closed and if the permit was approved that he could call in for a request to install the driveway culvert.
